Hi guys what models of derailleurs have clutches as i am wanting to put one onto my build.

Pretty much any modern MTB one!
Shimano do on Deore and above IIRC, and I think SRAM on SX and above.
If it's meant for 1x, it'll almost certainly have a clutch.

What speed and what gearing range are you looking to cover on what bike with gears by what manufacturer?
