Need a replacement pre-load cap thing for my Deore HT2 cranks but not sure which one to get - CRC has a few listed, none of which seem to be for my cranks (all for LX and up). I'd have thought they were all the same???
Anyone help?

Can you try a friends to check it fits and then order one from CRC?

Would check but how do I then know which plastic cap is which? Would it have a model number on it? I'll have a scout around Shimanos website and see if I can find out. Reviews on CRC suggest that some don't fit certain cranks oddly.

XTR and XT axles are much thinner than LX and Deore, so no, they're not all interchangeable. LX will be find though.
