I wonder if anyone has any advice...
I am going bike demoing next weekend and trying two different bike back to back. No doubt they will be different spec and set ups etc. It is really the frame I'm trying to assess - they're both HT.
How do I - not really a bike tester by any stretch - try and determine the difference.
OR
am I overthinking this and should I just see which one leaves me with the biggest smile afterwards!

fit, how it climbs, how it descends.
don't over think it.
if you like it; fit wise it's worth checking bar, stem, & crank sizes.
