Hope it melts as this was the comments from today's ride

ride massively cut shorter, due to the ridiculous amount of melting ice on the trails and fire roads that made even the mildest of delamere tracks utter death traps - particularly the eastern side by Hart Hill

some parts were fine to ride (west of the cafe) as the ground is still quite hard and not muddy, but the majority of the fire roads were fun to say the least, with lots of walkers mimicking bambi on ice

fantastic moment when CP tried to cross the "car park of doom", at one point he couldn't ride, walk or push and was struggling to stand still/hang on to his bike !
