Is anybody else disputing these?

I have been hit with £17.25 by TNT for clearing a set of Ay-Ups through customs - I suspect they will be making a healthy profit on the fees.

Is there supposed to be a link between the value and the fee? Here I was under the impression it was a randomly generated number that bore no resemblance to the value of the item or the effort involved, or indeed had to have any element of consistency 🙂 .

its a fee for a professional service - you could of course use a solicitor to challenge it 😕
