I have grown out of my beloved Giant NRS Team frame and have the difficult job of replacing it. To be quite honest I don't think I can justify having a full suspension bike so have decided to go down the "hardcore hardtail" route. I would like a more all mountain inclined frame to XC.
I have narrowed it down (sort of)to the Pace RC325.5 and the 456 Carbon although have not completely ruled out a full suss at the right price. Basically I am looking to spend no more than £600 on a frame that would compliment a full XT set up.
Basically has anyone got any experience with the above mentioned frames or has anything else that they would recommend?

I would recommend a Sanderson Blitz frame.
Well made and 'burly' - can take up to 140mm forks, although I run mine with 125mm forks.
