Got a couple of eurotunnel trips to use up soon- is there anywhere anyone can recommend within 3ish hours drive of Calais that's really worthwhile for a couple of days riding in March/April?

There is apparently good riding just outside Calais, Cote d'Opal
Also Val Joly near Mauberge, and Saint Amand Les Eaux are OK but just for a short trip.

Loads in the Ardennes region, was there in November, but that's only just about in your 3 hour limit.
