I'm thinking of this, but on large volume 2.4" tires, it seems a bit of a faff.

What tyres are you using? is this for on road use or off? If on road and up to 2" tyres the 60mm wider Berthouds are great.

River City cycles also make some sweet custom wooden ones.

If for off road use, is there something wrong with crudcatchers?

Using 2.2 and 2.4 tyres. crudcatchers are ok but was wondering if there are some nicer ones. Like the wood ones where you get them?
