Could you get em made up and where?

I would assume that you would have to get them cut from a sheet of the reflective material. Not sure that it can be printed. You could maybe get a base sheet in one colour and then get the cut reflective applied on top.
Have a look at you local sign makers. These places do all sorts of things for industrial labelling etc.
