Sorry to communicate like this, but I can't get your e-mail addy, because I can't bet on the boggies site.
Anyway...
My tame guru has been round. We can ping the server number OK.
When we ping the address it couldn't be resolved.
The site doesn't appear to be blocked here.
There are no firewall restrictions here stopping access to the site.
When we browse the server number we get directed to the Parallels Plesk Control Panel where we are told that we are seeing the welcome page because there is no web site at that address.
My guru tells me that it appears that the dns is not responding to something that has happened by way of a change.
Why it's just me affected we don't know.
Have you changed anything at your end recently?
Sorry to be vague, but we (ie Peter) are completely stumped for an answer.
