I'm 41 years old today, urgh. Shocking thing is i have absolutely NO idea where then last 20 years went. Pretty sure i was 21 just a few weeks ago.....

Anyways, the sun was shining, so i thought i'd take my recently slightly re-bling'd 456 out for a spin:

As my zesty has got more and more gnar, i've decided to de-gnar my 456, so with a quick DIY conversion of the drop outs to 12x142, a Hope single ring upfront, a cast off OneUp 42toother at the back, slapped on the SLRs off my XC race bike, to make a lightweight(ish) ripper 😉
