Took the train to Hebden today for some riding. Headed up to the Pike first, all was good until I started back down (off the front.) I've ridden it a couple of times before and I don't remember struggling anywhere near as much as today, it all felt way too sketchy. Got to the bottom thinking "Jesus, I'm cr4p at mountain biking!"

Then made my way back to Ernie's love tunnel, which I've not ridden before and just thought I can't handle this, ended up hobbling down it!! Maybe in the dry.....

Just seemed to be one of those days where I wonder why I bother because I'm cr@p at it!! But the zig zags went well and midgets pit was great so I feel much better.

In the Vocation bar now, for those who've never visited Hebden, you must, and you must come here for some taco's, it's bloody great!!

Now then.... Train beers....

That's all very well, but what about the really expensive pantalons?

Aye it can get a bit sketchy round here after a dab of rain, keeps you on your toes though...
