A fair bit of snow up on east Dartmoor today, not as much as elsewhere in the country, judging by the forum pictures, but fun all the same. About 4 inches of loose powdery stuff - actually possible to ride most of the way round, but pretty sketchy on the downhill bits. The windchill at the top of Bowermans was fresh to say the least 😯

Took a while to warm up after and gotta say, it's a while since my bladder tube froze 🙂
Good pics, a mate who works at Okehampton camp said the windchill was -17C up there!

Fantastic pics. I had thought about doing that route again and I know I should be out with you guys too but I have just been too cold. I am deffo going to be riding that route again and maybe getting up onto the ridge as well for a bit of variety.
Some big drifts up high but its all starting to melt below 500ft now.
