Am I right in thinking that Giant Road bikes (I have an Team ONCE, OCR replica compact frame) have very low front ends? I find my bike just too twitchy, yet I have been on similar size Treks (the previous shape Madone)and found them a lot more stable.

Forks bent? Rubbish tyres? Bring the bars up a bit? Longer stem? layback 'post?
That said I used to run my bars pretty low and it never felt 'twitchy'.

It's not just down to front end height. Trail and head angle are the biggies for twitchiness.
