Rockhoper Comp SL or Cannondale Trail SL3?
Cannondale is tempting with Air forks, but cant find anything about em being RST Deuce's, nothing on goooogle.
RH is based on a prior Stumpy frame from what ive managed to find out.
Not looking to set the world on fire but after something comfortable to ride that'll handle the trails with minimum of fuss.

I'll put me hand up for Spesh, then. I've had 4 'Hoppers over the past 20 years...

Cannondale - "crack 'n fail"

In 1992 perhaps! I thought that nickname died years ago?

FWIW, it's kinda pointless asking on an internet forum which one to buy, as everybody has their brand preferences. I'd go get a test ride on each, and see which you like more! (if at all possible of course)

i know its a bit pointless sometimes asking these type of questions, but just after opinions, my main one really is about the RST forks on the Trail SL3. cant find any details anywhere about em.

My first MTB was a Rockhopper back in '87 with good old chainstay mounted brakes and SIS shifters along with biopace chainrings so do have a thing for 'hoppers
