Can anybody suggest good areas of Dalby for me to ride?

I'm off to Thornton le Dale just south of Dalby for Christmas and aMrs J-R says if I am good I can bring my bike and she might let me go out to play in the forest for a few hours.

I know nothing about Dalby, and prefer XC to downhill - any areas or routes in Dalby you would suggest?

Thanks

^ That. Or see if the guys in the shop can point you in the direction of some of the off-piste/old red stuff.

I really like the red at Dalby. Really varied and flowy, although exceedingly sandy and brake pad eaty in the wet.

Anyone know if the Workd Cup loop is all open again? Was closed after we wrecked it at the national in 2012.
