Evening,
I'm heading down to Leeds for a family engagement party in a fortnight...thinking of heading down on the Friday and staying somewhere near Dalby Forest and give the trails a bash round the Forest on the Saturday...then drive down to Leeds around dinner and go to party.
So, can anyone recommend a cheap place to crash on the Friday night near Dalby Forest please?
Also, I'm trying to find some details on the Red trail - only just started looking but has anyone got any websites with details on the trail? Pictures, etc.?

do you have memory-map as i think i have the red route recorded?
There's a camp site at the top of the entrance road.
Saves paying the entry fee for parking if you camp.
Or Pickering has plenty of B&Bs to choose from.
