Met up with our freiends for a Dalbeattie run Saturday... its been a while since I was there so I was expecting a few changes... Usual favorites Qualifier / Slab dispensed with. Top marks for Ms Rickmeister doing both of these..... Terrible Twins cleaned too...
The big surprise was later on the Red Taster Loop. What a great bit of trail. Log on-log off, Snakey Jakey and all the rest... amazing use of natural features. Finished by the sea with a swift pint at the Anchor at Kipford in the sun. Top day....top team.
I had forgotten how good the trails are in Dumfries, its on my limit of travel from Edinburgh but it will be back to Kirroughtree before long.
