Im thinking of buying some new wheels, they have this description, '24/24h / AFS Splined Shimano® Center Lock compatible' what does this mean? All I need to know is are they qr and will my hayes discs bolt onto them?

Not sure about the qr but it seems like they will only take centrelock discs and not the 6 bolt Hayes ones that you have. I think you can get adapters so that they will take 6 bolt rotors though.
