Got a Tricross. Is the headset an integrated one or a semi?

If it's the same as mine it's some weird specialized "mindset" thing. Apparently you can replace them with a cane creek integrated headset and some kind of spacer arrangement. Mine needs doing but I'm taking my time getting round to it.
There are some descriptions on the web, here's one:

I was looking at this the other week for my Langster and was informed that you could just replace the bearings with Cane Creek or equivalent ones if didn't want to swap out the whole headset

also found this on the cane creek website if it helps

Now I am really confused. That Cane Creek link told me which CC HS to use but are they normal integrated ? Anyone? Can't work out the spacer thingy either.
All I wanted was to buy a not too pricey HS. The original just ahd a caged bearing which have been replced many times but the races are really worn now.

Sorry for the delay responding - I think they are just an integrated headset but the actual press-in cups are specialized specific.
The easy thing to do is to ask a specialized dealer.
I will probably just get the cane creek one and try and work out the spacer issue when I get around to replacing mine later in the year...
