If you can get to Herne Hill velodrome there's a [url= http://bikesy.co.uk/features/fitness/summer-cyclo-cross-training-london/ ]training day[/url] with Anna from ITV's cycle show and her brother. Both excellent cross riders and good instructors. Its not cheap but all the money goes back to the velodrome.
If you can already race MTB its probably overkill but if you are just getting into it and want to learn fast dismounts, carries,racing lines and the rest of it it will be good.
Also, if youre London based and can't get to Beastway during the summer there will be a summer CX series starting in a month or so. Dates to be announced shortly.
