It should be the other way round surely! I sometimes wonder if the dog I ran over (sending me over the bars at some speed) survived the experience, at the time it ran back into the woods yelping as I writhed about on the floor swearing at its owner.

Evens us up with all the dog sh*te we have to endure riding through...

Its his irritating voice and the way he can only talk at you while looking sidesways on Panorama (the new dumbed down version) that really get me...

I've killed over 4 dogs just this morning.

The Jeremy Vine program is pathologically averse to cyclists. No doubt the dogs were crossing the park whilst lights were red so folk can rant about us running lights too.

Perhaps the fact that there are a fair number of cyclists out there who act like ejits without any regard to the Highway Code that your average Radio 2 listener gets wound up and feels the need to vent their spleen..... 😀

I had a Staffy get his head stuck between my front wheel and forks once after going for the front wheel.

Hardly a scratch on the dog, but boy are those things strong, glad he got my wheel and not my leg 😉

Alas, no - it was on a road bike, it made a dash across the road & was promptly stopped by the front wheel, rapidly followed by the rear 🙂
