Calum and I went on our first proper off road mountain bike ride.
It was great, we did about 9 1/2 miles off road, with a good mixture of trails, following the river for quite a bit so it was mainly downhill all the way.
We both had big grins on our faces when we finished and are planning on doing a lot more from now on.

It's great riding with the kids. I love riding with both mine (7yr old girl and 11 yr old boy). Its better with just my son and I as we can move a bit faster and further. Still enjoy just my girl and I or both together.
Gets them off the Xbox/DS and into the fresh air!

Likewise- Family trip today to the Quantocks with my 13 y.o son Thomas, inc two visits to the pub, one for lunch then later, for ice cream.
