[Closed] Cycling shorts with padding that dont make you think you're wearing a nappie?

Got some Altura Longs a month ago, worn them once. These days, padding in shorts seems to be about putting as much red coloured foam in as possible and making you feel like John Wayne as you walk along in them. I sympathise with toddlers and nappy wearing.

What shorts/bib 3/4 are out there with nice minimalist but effective padding?

Or are we looking at having the equivalent of an incontinence pad inside our cycling shorts these days?

Isn't that what the padding is for? Incontinence on a bike ride? ๐Ÿ˜ณ

I find that most padded shorts are crap. Buy baggies with removable liner, chuck liner in the bin. solved.
