Anyone know if you can buy just a frame with the above please? My company is reducing the amount you can get a "voucher" for from £3k to £1k in April…

My employer (also a very large company) just give you a voucher and I don't believe they ask for any evidence on how it was used. It depends on whether the bike shop you're using will sell you a frame on its own for the value of the voucher. (LBS wins out here for sure!)
I think that's right anyway, if you know any other cyclists who work for your employer it might be worth asking around.

You're only supposed to buy a whole bike
If you ask some LBS's to swap the voucher for a frame they will throw their hands up in horror and say its not worth them being investigated then ask you to leave
Others will happily swap it for whatever you like
A colleague of mine just got a 1k credit slip to spend as and when he wanted
