Evening all.
I bought a Gravity Light / FSA OS Stem - 1.5" off Ebay through the above retailer in June 2011.
I had it fitted to my SC Nomad - now sold on.
It was on the bike just over a year......
This is the message i sent Steve from Cycles 4u Direct on 26th June 2011:
[/b]I was washing my bike today and noticed it is cracked.
It is a small crack, but worrying none the less.
It is on the main body of the stem at the bottom shaped part where the bars go.
According to FSA website, there products have a 2 year warranty, but you need proof of purchase.
Please advise on what i can do about this.[b]
To date, the matter has still not been resolved!

looks like its been over tightened with where its cracked.

6 months does sound like quite a long time.
Start emailing them on a daily basis.
Find out if they're on social media.
get a phone number and talk to them
etc etc.
tbh they're probably hoping you give up and go away. Most would of by now.
andrewh said exactly what I was thinking. Anything 4u, 2u, Fu... can go soil itself as far as I'm concerned.

Yes. Not a patch on Hamleys.
I'll just chip in with some more experience of them as a shop too.
They're pretty naff as a shop. Before I did all my own work, I got a bottom bracket and chainset installed there. The chainline was wrong and when I mentinoed it next time I went in, he tried to argue the toss, against Shimano's own instructions. The bottom bracket cup was also under torqued and wasn't far off winding out by hand when I came to remove it. Needless to say, I've never been back to buy anything or get work done.
