[Closed] Cycleguard insurance - claim experiences

Has anyone got any experiences if cycleguard insurance company regarding accidental damage claims?

Took my stumpjumper out yesterday and hot a pretty large rock damaging my downtube adjacent to bottom bracket. Pretty deep, creased and looks like it has compromised the strength. Problem.is it's a 26inch wheeled bike and am wondering what the process would be, either repair or replacement?

as an aside was just reading policy wording as they changed their policy last year and I didn't read the new booklet. Excess for theft is now 20% the value of the bike!
