Does anyone know if you can get a frame only on cycle to work scheme?
Technically and officially the answer is no.
However if you have a good relationship with your lbs then anything is possible.

Getting the frame on some form of 0% finance is probably a better way of doing it. The rules say you can only get a full bike.....but whatever you get, you don't actually own the goods until you pay the final transfer/ownership fee (up to 25% of the initial cost), and when you add that on, you don't actually save that much.
I'd see if I could get a good deal at the shop and then pay on a 0% credit card for 12 months?

Cyclesscheme/your employer is not going to buy a frame and then lease it to you unfortunatley
