I am going for a new road bike through the cycle to work scheme. I was looking at the planet x ultegra but was slightly worried about the frame. My LBS said they have had a few in recently with a few problems. Any advice? Should i go for an aluminum frame and reasonable groupset? It will mainly be used for commuting with the odd sportive thrown in for good measure.
