Off to Cambridge for the weekend - and have the CX bike in the car. We're staying near Huntingdon/Kimbolton so after inspiration for some decent mixed offroad and road riding for the CX bike round there. There seems to be a shed load of bridleways. Anything not to be missed?

Short or loooong, I can mix it up.

Thanks, Chris

Grafham water is out by you and has a nice (but dull) circular path, but you can extend it out to a lot longer than the 9 mile loop.

Failing that, you could always head south to Royston and have a play around the hills near there.

Grew up in Catworth, just head in the general direction to Grafham water. Terribly flat but passes the time.

Fun fact, got a speeding ticket on my MTB going around Grafham. Was on my 3rd or 4th loop. Was knackered/out of breath when I was being given it and a little dumb founded so didn't say much bat giggle.

EDIT: I should explain Catworth is next village on from Kimbolton. If you fancy some great food the Bridge in Huntingdon or the Pheasant in Keystone are both excellent.
