Hi, Just wondering if these will work in my Avid Shorty 4's,

Only slightly confusing as they said MTB on the pad itself, i ordered the things and when i received the order confirmation it said BMX on it. I think they might be too long.
Or shall i get these in Salmon, More traditional CX Stoppers.

I've got the Kool Stop dual compound on my road bike and I'm not impressed with them. Not as much stopping power as shimano DA OE pads, nor Swiss stop green.
Can't speak for the salmon pads.
