As it's been a while all i remember is one climb one descent , ignoring the D/H run is there more than the Twrch or would we be better going on to Afan ?Read somewhere about Airstream trail whats the dealio with that ?

Pretty sure it's just the one xc trail, i think that the "Airstream trail" that you mention may be the freeridey bit at the top. Last time i did the loop it only took about 2 hours, still plenty of time to do that and go to Afan.

The Twrch trail is good for about 1hour 15, I usually do it twice to make the most of it but I don't think it's worth it for a days riding

Nope the xc loop takes around an hour.

defo not a days worth unless you like laps. Went last Monday eve and the top free ride section / swoopy altenative is still closed although this is just a tiny bit if the trail.

Quantocks be better for a day out, plenty of sneaky trails in the woods ๐Ÿ˜‰

airsream 1 and 2 refers to the freeride sections at the top of the twrch trail, but beware, they are both closed at the moment for track upgrades, dont know wen they are reopening for public use...

Theres plenty around the cwmcarn area to provide atleast a full days riding. But the trail centre xc trail is only an hours worth.
