Is there anywhere else to go?
Say I wanted a 5/10 mile loop before rejoining the Twirch trail.
Is that possible and has anyone got a Gpx file or simple directions.

Over the fence at the top of the 'freeride'/airstream section turn left and do a loop around the moorland, have a look at a map and head towards the tips the far side and then back up the climb on the Cwmbran side of the hill.
Hope that helps, don't use GPS so no maps.
