Thinking of heading over to either Afan or Cwmcarn at the weekend & wondered what the trails are like? Frozen solid? Covered in snow? More importantly - are they ridable?

Rode Afan late last night, was cold, trails are rideable if somewhat solid, icy in places, but that just added to the experience, and kept me alert, far old wind up at the top as well

Anyone been to Cwmcarn over the last few days?
Also - what are the access roads like to the respective car parks.
