Been an age since I cut forks down.
After obviously putting a few spacers on so my lad can adjust the height, I cut about 5mm below the top of the stack height?
Refresh my memory please! 😃

I cut just above the total stack height and then put a 5mm spacer above.

I'd make it 3mm so theres something to locate the spacer above the stem.
