Does anyone know how customs tax is worked out?. Is it a % of the value or some other factor?
I have a new frame coming from the states any day now and i was wondering how much it may be on $2225US (a real bargain BTW as they are £2600 over here ) 😥
Would be nice if it comes through without though. 🙂

The revenue and customs site will tell you the exact numbers, google it.
But you'll pay import duty (about 4.5% IIRC?) plus VAT (15%) plus a handling fee (£8).
