Carbon frame direct from China....
Can see through postal tracking that it has arrived with Parcelforce in Coventry and apparently handed over to customs on 31 March.
Any ideas how long it normally takes for customs to do their thing and release package to Parcelforce?
Obviously I will try to contact Parcelforce directly, but wondered if any of the STW massive had any insight?

My rims took over 3 weeks to clear customs in Coventry, that was just after Christmas though so there was probably a backlog. Also it's a waste of time contacting Parcelforce as it's out of their hands
I got some bits from the states - took a month.
Oh, and I called Parcelforce, they said its about a month and Customs were crap.
I've had stuff though in a day or two
My last set of rims from China cleared customs in a couple of days. I also have a new sent on the way, but still waiting for those to get put on the plane, hopefully they will clear customs promptly too.
