my 2 year old cycleops magneto had a rattle, one quick email to cycleops who came straight back putting me onto their uk people paligap and the day after i have a new resistance unit in my hand.
i think thats outstanding customer service and well deserving a praising post.

paligap are superb, a friend of mine runs a powertap and the service he gets off them is fantastic.
