Having been recently, err, disappointed by the standard of customer service provided by one bike retailer/distributor, I thought it only fair to mention some excellent service.
Having managed to break a part on my Blur XC. I emailed Jungle on Monday asking how much the part was and where I could buy it and was asked just to provided my address and they'd send it FoC.
It has now arrived.
See - that's how it should be done! Big ups to Jungle!!!
