Ordered a on-one 29.8 seat clamp on the 4th July ... still no sign so I ring On-One spoke to very helpful gentleman called Graham. He informs I should have had an email saying they were out of stock. A bit annoyed but what can you do, ask him not to cancel order and I'll have to wait.

10 mins later Graham rings me back to say he had gone down the warehouse, found one in the wrong parts bin and was getting it pushed through despatch asap... Customer Service.. Spot on!

Isn't lovely when something like that happens! I ordered some roofrack parts on Sunday, had a call on Monday morning to check my (slightly non-standard) order, parts arrived on Tuesday.
