Any recommendations? My wife has been agonising over a new bike. She knows which one she wants but would prefer it in a different colour. There must be companies that can refinish and add new logos and so on.

While you're at it maybe get some retroreflective paints used, and or UV reactive florescent - not only bright in the day buy likely also illuminated by any UV leakage from car LED lights.
TIP don't be the second guy to custom paint a cheeky new logo on the frame. Somewhere online there's a picture of a bike a guy had done and he had it decal'd up as "Wizard's Sleeve", lol.
