[Closed] Custom big shim needed - 33.7mm to 31.6

Hi guys,
needing a big shim for a carbon seattube. Measured internal diameter as 33.7mm (measure calipers at home so perhaps small error) and have a 31.6mm post. Anyone know somewhere I could get something made or bought?

Have you tried USE? They have pretty much every size ever.
