Curtis have always been one of ‘those brands’ for me, so when I saw this little beauty https://www.curtisbikes.co.uk/frames/am-plus/ it made me think maybe that could be a nicer option than the custom ti frame I’ve been considering.
Has anyone had a play on the AM+ or heard much about them?
I've not ridden that one but the Curtis frame I do have (XC120) is probably the best feeling hardtail I've owned (out of 20+ frames, alu, steel and carbon).
If it didnt; have an obsolete headtube and rather old school geometry I'd ride it a lot more.
Bloody hell, that's absolutely lovely!
I've always had a bit of a thing about Curtis frames too

I'm sure that would be simple enough to remedy for Curtis with a new front end . . . .
So are Curtis pretty good and doing post build tweaks etc? Could indeed be the dream choice...
It's braised rather than welded and I've always understood that to be one of the attractions of the process. Whether they'd these days rather you just bought a new frame I've no idea but it's worth an ask.
Thought I'd give this a bump...anyone?
