You can only tick one material , surely most STWers have multi bikes in their stable/quiver made of different materials ?

How can you only tick one material! - I have 3 different types, 4 if you include the road bike. Different materials for different needs ๐Ÿ™‚

No I can't do it - I would feel bad for the others - like I was picking sides

I always wish they were tick boxes not radio buttons on the reader polls.

They'd get far better data if they did that.

...although I'm currently not loving carbon. My road bike has developed a creak of epic proportions - I cant ride it without headphones now...not necessarily material based but I'm still not loving it....its also flexy compared to my old Ali one.

I'm not filling it in unless I can use a pen! There are people ready to change your vote unless you use a pen. They'll make us all aluminium conformists....

I was confused but just couldn't leave it alone. I had to pick one. In the end I picked my 'best'* bike and ticked aluminium. even though it doesn't get ridden as much as my steel HT, or my alloy/carbon mix gravel bike.........

*most expensive.

I think this is a universal, certainly anyone who commutes probably has a best bike that does a lot fewer miles than their commuter bike.

Mostly ali, smattering of carbon, don't currently own a steel bike ๐Ÿ˜ณ

People have a protest vote on a meaningless question?
Does this mean they'll be regretting it when it comes true?

What has aluminium ever done for us?

And yes, I am a Romanian living in Romania, thank you very much.

thought that anyone posting on here that worries about that sort of thing would deal with it using their multiple persona
