Does anyone have any experience of cubes warranty service? Have a broken internal cable stop on reaction gtc frame so needs sending back. 🙂

Slow but they get there in the end!!! Get it back to your dealer and they'll sort it I'm sure.
Internal cable stop? What does that look like and where? I've got one of these frames...
Second to none based on the experience of myself and a couple of my mates (we own a fair few Cubes between us). I had a freehub go on a rear wheel and had the entire wheel replaced. 2 mates had frames replaced with no problems.
PS dave, get your ass back out on the weds night rides :-p
Whathaveisaidnow- it's at the head tube where the gear cable heads into the frame,there is a stopper built in to hold the external cable in place. On mine it's pulled straight thru into the frame 😕
