yes if they fit! only way of seeing they fit is to fit them (or find someone else who has). i ended up sawing off the front parts of both of them. Still get reasonably good coverage tho.

I have an 08 Scott CR1 - fits fine on the front but doesn't fit the rear, so have put by raceblades back on the rear

Yep, very good. Excellent spares backup if you do break anything. I had an incident with them on the turbo trainer this evening, my jacket got caught up in the back wheel as i took it off. The guard pretty much bent double on itself but just returned to its normal shape once I'd sorted it out.

They are very very narrow. 23c max I think.

I got cheap raceblade copies instead, and Rosquo stuck them on his Road Rat.

No bigger than a 23 I'd say, tried fitting them to a Giant SCR with 25's & they were a nightmare.
If it were mine I'd be putting raceblades on.

Here you go.. This is my winterbike..

I need to square the exact fittings, but they seem spot on so far...

That Ribble has mudguards eyelets, no?

Few of my mates use them and they do a pretty good job, so long as you don't ride behind them.

Yeah, but for the price I payed for the cruds, I doubt I could have got a set of propper guards for.

I fitted some to a Giant TCR, seemed pretty damn good. Only my general lack of riding since the summer stopped me from buying some.

I got some SKS Chromoplastics for about £25 from my LBS last year. The Rolls Royce of guards 😉 But fair enough if you got a bargain, do look pretty tidy on that too.
