Hi,
Quick question, I've just bought a frame which has come with a Chris King headset however the crown race is missing. It's a 1 1/8 threadless model. I have the same type of cane creek and also hope headset here, is it possible to use the crown race from one of these, until I can get hold of a Chris King one?

like all things in the bike industry there's a number of different 'standards' for crown races.
I don't know enough about CK but you need to check the angle of the crown race matches the insides of the bearings in the bottom headset cup.
I guess a google might tell you what angles Cane Creek and CK use.
