Not sure how this has happened, Ms AD's Prophet has an issue where the FSA ZSR crown race is now rotating around the base of the steerer tube, even though it is fully installed right onto the crown.
So, there's some play in the fork which is only going to get worse, and it's probably causing wear to the fork itself.
Any ideas why this happens, and where to get a replacement for a Prophet / FSA 1.5ZSR lower cup with a 1 1/8th fork?

Had this problem with a Chris King crown race, was starting to cause light scoring on the tapered steerer.
replaced it and has been a neat fit since.
