Mavic Open Pro ceramic rims (32H) on Hope road hubs (non disc). 3x laced with black DT Swiss spokes.
either sapim carbon rims on hope ti hubs, bontrager carbons or a mavic ksyriums
recomend any of them
Mavic Ksyrium Elite - light (ish) and strong
I've run almost all my road wheels as cross wheels at some point, Ksyrium SSC SLs, Elites, Aksiums, Cosmics, Dura Ace 8 speeds on CXP33s.
I would avoid using my best / carbon rims on muddy courses though.
Open Pro 3x on 105s. Like most cx bikes they've never done actual cx but they've been off road a fair few times with no probs.
