I only ride my mountain bikes for fun, but being a bit of a ageing big boned type I've actually been chucking in some training between rides - running, bouldering and yoga. I've found this sort of cross training really helpful in terms of pure aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility, and I still ride at least 3 times a week or more, (at the expense of running) if the weather is good.

What do you do?

Climbing.

I didn't do circuit training over the winter and kinda missed it.
Got involved in a mates 5 a side team instead ,and that was a big mistake ๐Ÿ™„
I quickly remembered that all of my sports injuries ( ever) have been footie related ๐Ÿ˜ณ
